You are not alone

1 in 5 adults in the U.S. experience mental illnesses each year

And roughly half of Americans will meet the criteria for a diagnosable mental health condition at some point in their lives

Don't be shy about asking for help

Wellness resources can be useful, but if you need more, therapy or teletherapy can be great resources for everyone

Our Alliance is asking YOU: other celebrities, other influencers, and everyday people, to join our community that is determined to band together to change the global discussion by sharing the #SameHere message of inclusion. This is a grassroots initiative and we want you on board as teammates on this mission. We’re always looking for Advocates for our #SameHere Advocacy Alliance as well. We are not alone, and the sooner we speak up and accept and celebrate that challenging life experiences impact us ALL, the sooner we will change the world for the better!
